We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made with Kashmir Tour Packages Online, which is owned and operated by Kashmir Tourism Travel Wiki (Travel Wiki Kashmir). Refunds are processed by Travel Wiki Kashmir.
1. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to sales@travelwiki.org.in or by WhatsApp to our official number. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
2. Cancellation Charges
The following charges apply to the total package cost:

| 15 – 29 days before departure | 50% of package cost |
| 7 – 14 days before departure | 75% of package cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure or no-show | 100% of package cost |
Flight and train tickets, peak-season hotel bookings (such as New Year, Diwali and the tulip festival) and special services such as helicopter or gondola tickets follow the cancellation rules of the respective provider, which may be non-refundable.
3. Unused Services
No refund is given for any unused service (meals, sightseeing, hotel nights or transport) once the tour has started, including when a traveller leaves the tour early.
4. Cancellations by Us
If we have to cancel a tour before departure for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If a tour is cancelled or changed because of weather, natural events, strikes, road closures or government orders, we will offer an alternative date or itinerary. Refunds in such cases are limited to the amount that our suppliers return to us.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank or payment-gateway charges, if any, are deducted.
6. Changing Dates
Date changes requested 15 or more days before departure can usually be made without a fee, subject to hotel availability and any difference in price. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and new booking.
