1. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation.
- An advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking, unless stated otherwise in your quote.
- The balance must be paid before the start of the tour or on arrival, as mentioned in your confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) per person on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise. GST and other government taxes are charged as applicable.

Package prices depend on season, hotel availability and transport costs. We reserve the right to revise prices before confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change except for increases in government taxes, fuel surcharges or entry fees that are outside our control.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Only the services listed under "Inclusions" in your itinerary are included. Anything not specifically listed, such as lunch, entry tickets, gondola rides, pony rides, local union taxis, room heaters, tips and personal expenses, is not included and is payable directly by the traveller.
4. Accommodation
- Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may be chargeable.
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, we will provide a hotel of the same or a higher category.

Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary and are not at disposal beyond the planned sightseeing. In some areas, such as Pahalgam, Sonamarg and Gulmarg, local unions require tourists to use local taxis for certain sightseeing points; these costs are payable directly.
6. Changes to the Itinerary
Travel in mountainous regions can be affected by weather, landslides, road closures, strikes or government restrictions. We may change, shorten or reroute an itinerary for your safety. Any extra cost arising from such events (for example extra hotel nights or alternative transport) is borne by the traveller. We will always try to offer the best possible alternative.
